The Zoning Board of Adjustment for the City of Pelham will hold a public hearing at the Pelham Civic Complex & Ice Arena, 500 Amphitheater Rd., Pelham, AL, 35124, on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at 7:30 am to consider a request from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance.

Variance Request: 

• Item 1: 27ft variance for sign feature element
• Item 2: Variance to expand footprint of the building, #4 on Site Plan

Applicant: Jordan E Vaughn, ND or Vaughn Realty LLC, 3170 Pelham Parkway
