The Zoning Board of Adjustment for the City of Pelham will hold a public hearing at the Pelham Water Department, 3111 Cummings St., Pelham, AL 35124 on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 7:30 am to consider a request from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance.

Variance Request: 7ft variance in order to shift home closer to the street, thus allowing for a larger backyard.

Applicant: Patrick & Shannan Cheatwood

Location: 254 Kings Crest Lane, Lot 76
