Elk's Lodge Secures Grant For Pelham Police Department

PELHAM, AL - The Pelham Police Department will be able to purchase some new equipment, thanks to a grant secured by the Cahaba Valley Elk's Club.

The grant will provide $4,000 for the department, and although reports via social media by the PPD did not specify what equipment the department will purchase with the funds, a message via Facebook said, "Stay tuned in the next couple of months to learn more, to see how it works and how it will assist officers in the field."
