Leadership Shelby County Begins its 2018 Class

The 2018 class of Leadeship Shelby County kicked off this week, as 40 civic and business leaders gathered to move the community forward.

PELHAM, AL - The 2018 class of Leadeship Shelby County kicked off this week, as 40 civic and business leaders gathered during a kickoff breakfast at Jefferson State Community College’s Hoover-Shelby campus off Valleydale Road. This is the 24th class of Leadership Shelby County.

According to the Shelby County Reporter, after completing an opening retreat in September, the class members will attend one class day per month focused on aspects of Shelby County such as health care, quality of life, schools and government.
