Pelham City Hall Relocated Temporarily Due To Mold Issues

PELHAM, AL - Due to some mold issues at the existing Pelham City Hall building, the City of Pelham has temporarily moved its city operations to a building on Southgate Drive. Several City offices will be there until the mold issues at the city hall building are fixed.

The new location, at 401 Southgate Drive, will house the Building Department, including permitting and licensing, Administration, including the office of the Mayor, City Manager, Finance and Human Resources Departments.

City Council meetings will continue to be held at the Pelham Courtroom until further notice. The location for other public meetings will be posted on the city's website and announced in the media well in advance of those meetings.
