Pelham Missing Persons Case Comes To Tragic End

PELHAM, AL - The search for a Pelham man missing since Friday, July 13 has come to a tragic end. The deceased body of Derek Carlington was found Sunday morning at Oak Mountain State Park by Pelham PD.

The Pelham PD reported that Carloington's vehicle was found on a secluded road, and that no foul play is suspected in his death.

"We, along with his family, want to thank the public for sharing the information and those involved in the search," said a statement by the Pelham Police Department. "We offer our support and prayers to his family and friends in the days and weeks to come."
