A public hearing will be held on June 1, 2020 in the Courtroom of the Pelham Police & Court Building at 7:00 p.m. to consider Ordinance No. 135-229 an amendment to the zone district boundaries of the City of Pelham changing the present zoning O & I (Office & Industrial District) to B-2 (General Business District) for property located along State Park Road.
