Suspect Identified In Vehicle Break In And Theft Case
The suspect, from Chattanooga, is also wanted by the Vestavia Hills Police Department.
PELHAM, AL - A suspect in a vehicle break-in earlier in October has been identified, but is still at large. The Pelham Police Department posted photos of the suspect's vehicle, a red SUV with a black hood, and that same vehicle has been identified in a fraud case by the Vestavaia Hills Police.
VHPD Investigators obtained felony warrants last week on Joseph R. Proctor, 38, of Chattanooga, for Unlawful Breaking and Entering of a Vehicle and two counts of Fraudulent use of a Credit Card. Bond amount for the charges is $20,000.
