Staff will wear JCDH shirts and photo IDs, and participation is voluntary but helps shape future programs, so Trussville residents may want to be ready to share their experiences.
   

• Trussville man indicted in fatal shooting of Auburn graduate (trussvilletribune.com) — A Trussville man has been indicted on a reckless manslaughter charge in the March shooting death of a 22-year-old Auburn graduate inside his Deer Trail home, following a lengthy police investigation. He remains free on bond while both the criminal case and a separate wrongful death lawsuit proceed in Jefferson County court, where evidence about the firearm and circumstances will be examined.
