LAKE VIEW, AL — The Lake View Police Department says a 3-year-old girl died Wednesday in what is believed to have been a drowning accident at a community swimming pool in eastern Tuscaloosa County.

Lake View fire and police, along with emergency crews from McCalla and Tuscaloosa County, responded to the Tannehill Preserve community pool on Wednesday, before transporting the victim to an areal hospital.
