Grantham previously served as the credit union’s Controller, tasked with leading the daily operations of Alabama ONE’s Accounting Team, while also monitoring the credit union’s financials. She has been with the credit union since 2015, but also has prior experience at larger financial institutions and from her time spent in the manufacturing industry.
“I have enjoyed working in small institutions where I’ve worn multiple hats," she said in a press release on Wednesday. "It has given me an insight and appreciation of the work of multiple areas and has translated well at larger institutions where higher volumes gave me more options to simplify transactions for the people I worked for on a day-to-day basis."

Turner will fill the role vacated by Grantham and has been with the credit union since 2018.
During his time with the credit union, Turner has worked closely with the accounting team while also directing Alabama ONE's treasury and strategic analysis department.
At present, Turner is tasked with handling the regulatory and financial reporting, strategic planning, and budgeting for the credit union.
Turner obtained his CPA in 2008 and worked for over a decade in public accounting.
“During Matt’s time at Alabama ONE, he has already brought a wealth of experience to Alabama ONE and has been instrumental in outlining our financial goals and strategies through our planning process," Alabama ONE CEO Bill Wells said. "Shelby is transitioning a great TEAM to Matt who will continue to provide in-depth guidance, reporting and oversight of our financial condition to our Members and our Volunteers on the Alabama ONE Board and Supervisory Committee."
