Alabama ONE Honors Central, North River Christian Running Backs

Two west Alabama running backs were honored this week by Alabama ONE for their recent performances.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Central High School junior running back ShunKeith Turner and North River Christian running back Ondrae Parham were both named Alabama ONE's Athletes of the Week after their recent performances.

Turner was nominated by his head coach DeMario Pippen following his performance in a 38-18 win for Central over Woodlawn on Friday.

Parham was nominated by his head coach John Teasley after he rushed for 157 yards on 17 carries and scored a touchdown in a 40-0 win over Success Unlimited Academy in Montgomery. He also had an interception in the win.
