TUSCALOOSA, AL — Alabama men's basketball standouts Brandon Miller and Jahvon Quinerly have been named Southeastern Conference Preseason All-SEC Second Team.

Quinerly, a senior guard from New Jersey, finished last season ranked second on the team in scoring with 13.8 points per game.

A freshman from Antioch, Tennessee, Miller was 2021 McDonald's All-American and a consensus five-star prospect, before leading the Tide in scoring during its exhibition tour in Spain and France over the summer.
As part of the announcement from the league office in Birmingham on Wednesday, the Crimson Tide was also picked to finish fifth in the SEC by a select panel of both SEC and national media members.
