Alabama's Young, Anderson & Gibbs Declare For NFL Draft
Three of Alabama's biggest contributors will forego their remaining eligibility and will try their hand in the professional ranks.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — As expected by many, Alabama football will be without two of its most decorated players next season, with 2021 Heisman Trophy winner Bryce Young and two-time All-American linebacker Will Anderson, Jr. both declaring for the 2023 NFL Draft.

Tide running back Jahmyr Gibbs also joined Anderson and Young in a press conference Monday to announced that he, too, would be declaring for the draft.

"I'm very proud of the way these guys have represented the program, not only in the way they've played on the field but the kind of character as people, the academic success they've had," Tide coach Nick Saban said on Monday, pointing out that both Anderson and Young have already graduated, while Gibbs is also set to graduate.
