ALEA Identifies Reform Woman As Pedestrian Killed On Highway 82
A Pickens County woman is dead after being struck by a vehicle Wednesday morning on U.S. Highway 82.
TUSCALOOSA, AL — Troopers have identified a Pickens County woman as the pedestrian killed Wednesday morning after being struck by a vehicle on U.S. Highway 82, approximately 11 miles west of Northport.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) said Jennifer S. Fields, 46, of Reform the was critically injured when she was struck by the 2017 Honda Accord driven by a Tuscaloosa woman.

ALEA says Fields was transported to DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, but died from her injuries.
The cause of the fatal incident remains under investigation.
