As previously reported by Patch, the more than 11,000-square-foot store is located in Midtown Village, occupying the former Party City space. The retailer offers a wide range of Western wear for men, women and children, including boots, jeans, hats and workwear, along with brands such as Ariat, Wrangler and Resistol.
In addition to retail offerings, Cavender’s provides services like boot fitting, hat shaping and boot stretching, aimed at customizing products for customers.
Founded in 1965 in Texas, Cavender’s has grown to more than 100 locations nationwide and continues to expand into new markets, including Tuscaloosa.
The company is inviting the public to attend the grand opening celebration and take part in the kickoff of its newest West Alabama location.
