TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa INTERCEPT Task Force on Tuesday confirmed the arrests of 13 people following a multi-agency undercover operation targeting individuals accused of attempting to exploit children online.
Authorities said investigators posed as juveniles on online platforms during the operation.
The suspects are accused of communicating with undercover investigators and arranging meetings for unlawful sexual activity with a child..
