Our Shout Out for this Thursday morning goes to Tuscaloosa Police officer Dallas Gantt, who was recently honored by the Black Warrior River Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution for his heroic actions.
TPD says Gantt was patrolling the area of James Harrison Parkway on his motorcycle in July when a mother flagged him down to say her one-week-old baby wasn't breathing. He then started infant CPR and was able to get the baby breathing again. (More)
