- The McFarland Boulevard's eastbound lanes, directly under the interstate, will close Monday, June 7 at 11 p.m. until Tuesday, June 8 at 5 a.m., as crews begin the process of removing the temporary underneath support at the Interstate 20/59 bridge at Exit 73.

- The City of Tuscaloosa and Nucor Steel will host the 2021 Household Hazardous Waste Disposal day this Saturday, June 5 from 8 a.m. until noon at the Public Safety Logistics building located at 3311 Kauloosa Avenue.
