Billed as North Mississippi's first distillery, Wonderbird Spirits is just south of Oxford — the home of the University of Mississippi — on Old Taylor Road and first opened in 2019.

The distillery is the brainchild of friends and co-owners Forster, Chand Harlow and Thomas Alexander and specializes in award-winning craft gin.
