Brandt LaPish Returns To DCH Health System As Vice President Of Development
The DCH Foundation on Tuesday named veteran development and communications executive Brandt LaPish as vice president of development.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The DCH Foundation on Tuesday named veteran development and communications executive Brandt LaPish as vice president of development for DCH Health System.

DCH Health System says LaPish will now oversee philanthropic strategy, donor engagement and community partnerships supporting DCH Health System initiatives and future growth.

The hospital system praised LaPish for bringing more than two decades of experience in fundraising, strategic communications and public-private partnership development across healthcare, nonprofit, education and economic development sectors.
LaPish most recently served as development director for the Saban Center Foundation, where she helped lead fundraising efforts for the Saban Center project in Tuscaloosa.

DCH said the aforementioned campaign secured more than $36 million in philanthropic support and helped obtain an additional $25 million in state investment for the project.
The DCH Foundation also said LaPish previously served as development director for the DCH Health System from 2018 to 2022, overseeing major gifts, grants and corporate partnerships while helping expand the organization’s donor base and philanthropic initiatives.
“Brandt’s leadership experience, passion for this community, and strong background in healthcare philanthropy make her an outstanding fit for this role,” DCH President and CEO Katrina Keefer said in a statement. “We are excited to welcome her back to DCH and look forward to the impact she will make for our patients, caregivers, and the communities we serve.”
LaPish earned both her bachelor’s degree in communication and her master’s degree in advertising and public relations from the University of Alabama.
