Healthy meal prep cafe offering a full service cafe featuring build your own bowls, build your own burgers, wraps, meltz, flatbreads, and more. We also have a protein smoothie and iced protein coffee bar (coffee bar is zero sugar for all).

Our meal prep is the biggest thing we do! We have a weekly meal plan that gets emailed to you on Thursdays. Simply follow the link on the email to the website, and it will take you meal by meal to show you what's in it, calories, macros, etc., and then you pick up your meals Sunday-Tuesday in store.

Most meal plan meals are offered in Low Carb or Extra Protein. Inside the store we also have what we call "Grab 'n Go" meals. These are pre-prepped frozen meals that you don't have to order, but can come in anytime throughout the week to purchase and take home. These meals have a label with all ingredients/allergens/calories/macros/expiration date. These are offered in keto, low carb, extra protein, and standard.

Lastly, we have our marketplace section. This is a part of our cafe dedicated to cleaner takes on desserts. We have fudge, buckeyes (protein powder + peanut butter dipped in chocolate), protein cookies, protein popcorn, dessert bars, and clean crunch.

We are open 11am-7pm Monday-Friday, and 11am-3pm on the weekends!
