“Chicago Pizza of Fayette, Alabama will remain available for all who would like to make the short trip to enjoy our pizza,” the owners said in a social media post.
The closure will not leave the storefront vacant for long, however, with the owners saying Martin Pizzeria of Gordo aims to expand its operations and move into the Northport location in the coming weeks.
Details about the timeline for Martin Pizzeria’s opening have not yet been announced.
