Scarbrough went on to enter the 2018 NFL Draft after his junior season, where he was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the seventh round with the 236th overall pick. However, he was eventually released midway through his rookie season.

Following his short stay in Dallas, he would go on to work stints on practice squads for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Seattle Seahawks, Detroit Lions and the Las Vegas Raiders.

Scarbrough will be the third member of Birmingham Stallions' running back room that also features Tony Brooks-James and C.J. Marable. In terms of his contract, it's worth noting that players listed on the active roster for the Stallions and other USFL teams are paid $4,500 per week.

Birmingham (4-0) is set to face the Philadelphia Stars (2-2) on Saturday at Protective Stadium, with kickoff set for 11 a.m. local time.
