Former Tide Football Star Christion Jones Named Boy's Track Coach At Central High
Former University of Alabama football standout Christion Jones has been named the new boy's track and field coach for the Falcons.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Central High School on Thursday announced that assistant football coach and former University of Alabama football standout Christion Jones has been named the new boy's track and field coach for the Falcons.

Jones is currently the special teams coordinator and wide receivers coach for the Central High football team under head coach Demario Pippen, but will now also oversee the potential for the Falcons on the track.

Jones is well-known for his playing days at the University of Alabama, where he earned both his undergraduate and master's degree — not to mention two SEC championships and national title rings as a kick returner and running back.
The accomplished athlete and coach also has a personal training business where he works with young athletes on speed and skills training.
