Free Outdoor Movie Series To Feature 'Finding Nemo' On Saturday

There will be food trucks and a large screen showing the Pixar classic Saturday night in Tuscaloosa's Government Plaza.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Townsquare Media this Saturday will host the second installment of its free outdoor movie series in downtown Tuscaloosa, with a showing of the Pixar classic "Finding Nemo."

The movie will start at 8 p.m. in Government Plaza and last approximately until 10 p.m. There will be food trucks and other vendors on site to provide refreshments.

“We are excited to partner with the City of Tuscaloosa to present for the second year, 'Movies in the Park' at Government Plaza," Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa Market President David DuBose told Patch. "This is one of the only free, family-friendly events in the area, which allows folks of all ages to gather to watch great movies under the stars."

The six-week event kicked off last weekend with a showing of "The Jungle Book."

Government Plaza is located at 7th Street and 22th Avenue SE in downtown Tuscaloosa.
