TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency says a Georgia woman was killed and another man injured in a Thursday afternoon crash on U.S. Highway 82 near Reform in Pickens County.

ALEA says the single-vehicle crash at approximately 1:30 p.m. when a 2016 Buick Enclave carrying two Greensboro, Georgia residents left the roadway and struck a bridge.

Jill E. Suchik, 76, was a passenger in the vehicle and reportedly not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver was also injured and transported to UAB Hospital in Birmingham.

ALEA says the crash occurred on U.S. Highway 82, approximately five miles west of Reform.
