Hear What UWA's Gilliland Had To Say After Win Over Limestone
West Alabama head football coach Brett Gilliland spoke with media following the Tigers' 27-17 win over Limestone University Saturday.

LIVINGSTON, AL — The University of West Alabama Tigers saw its entire 2020 football season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic, but took to the field on Saturday more than a year after the last game played at Tiger Stadium and managed a 27-17 win at home against Limestone University.
The game is part of a two-game spring season designed to get as much on-field time and exposure for the players whose careers were impacted by the pandemic. UWA will take on Savannah State at Ladd-Peebles Stadium on March 13 at 4 p.m. to round out the pair of impromptu makeup games.
Watch the video below provided by UWA to hear what Tigers head coach Brett Gilliland had to say following Saturday's win.
