TUSCALOOSA, AL — The three candidates vying for the city of Tuscaloosa's highest office will face off Thursday evening in a live televised political debate on WVUA 23 at 7 p.m.

The debate will see incumbent Mayor Walt Maddox discuss issues as he seeks a fifth term in office against former University of Alabama football player Martin Houston and UA faculty member Serena Fortenberry.
