Kentuck Members Juried Show Accepting Entries Monday & Tuesday

NORTHPORT, AL — Kentuck Art Center says its Members Juried Show in the Teer and SoNo Galleries is currently open for submissions from all of Kentuck's members.

On Monday, May 9, from 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m., members can submit up to three original works done in any media. Tuesday will be the final day to submit artwork during business hours.

Online entries are not permitted for the contest.

In terms of entry fees, the submissions are price at one piece for $30, $15 for a second piece and $10 for a third.

Those who have been selectee to participate in the show will be notified by email on Thursday, May 12, while works not accepted into the show can be picked up on Friday, May 13 and Monday, May 16 by 5 p.m.

The awards themselves will be presented during Kentuck's June Art Night on June 2.

Best in Show: $250
First Place: $150
Second Place: $100
Award of Distinction: $75
