“We will offer low sugar, low carb, keto-friendly, and Weight Watchers-friendly selections and even fun hydration drinks for the kiddos," Logan said. "Our goal is for everyone from the stay-at-home mom, the older adult, to the shift worker at the plant, to be able to stick to their own nutritional and health goals with ease.”

Logan credits her own experiences as a mother who balances family life and a career with providing the inspiration to set out to work on the 1,400-square-foot business.

“My team combed through months of market research and data over the last 18 months and ultimately concluded that Kentuck Nutrition would be a welcomed addition to this area specifically," she said. “The area is booming and lots of businesses are doing well and new ones on the way. The area was also chosen for specific economic pro forma reasons — it is visible from Highway 82, has easy access, and is right next to great co-tenants like local Chinese cuisine China Bob, Dollar Tree, The Athlete's Foot, and a local nail salon boutique."

In addition to the aforementioned menu items, Logan said other specialty drinks will include: The Roll Tide, The Terry Saban, The Yellowstone, Tigers Blood, and the Little Debbie Shake.

The specialty drinks, she said, are slightly thicker than the teas on the menu and a little sweeter, each with 17 grams of protein, biotin and collagen, caffeine, and vitamin A through E.

Logan went on to encourage the community to check in on her Facebook page for more on Kentuck Nutrition, which will post updates on daily specials, new drink creations, customer rewards and more.

"There’s more to the business for us than just serving drinks,” she said “We want each visit to be personal — we’d like to get to know our customers and welcome them as members of the Kentuck Nutrition family. We are here to discuss health goals, our products, and learn more about you. Our visitors mean more to us than a simple ‘walk-in-walk-out’ transaction. The goal is to have each guest leave with a smile on their face, feeling like they’ve made a friend and found a new go-to drink shop.”

There are also part-time employment opportunities available, Logan said.
