League Of Women Voters To Host Voter Event At TPL Saturday

A Tuscaloosa group will hosted a drive-up voter services event at the Tuscaloosa Public Library Saturday morning.

TUSCALOOSA, AL. — The League of Women Voters of Greater Tuscaloosa will host a drive-up voter services event at the Tuscaloosa Public Library Saturday morning.

Walk-ups are also welcome, with the event beginning Sept. 26 and then held on Oct. 3, Oct. 17 and Oct. 24.

Attendees are asked to bring a photo ID and masks or face-coverings will be required for participation.

The event will allow attendees the chance to register to vote, along with providing free ID photocopies, 2020 Census access, applications for absentee ballots and more.

Candidate and amendment information will also be provided.

The Oct. 3 event will begin at 9:30 a.m. and last until noon in the parking lot of the Tuscaloosa Public Library, located at 1801 Jack Warner Parkway, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, 35401.
