Organizers say the event continues to grow each season, with recent sales drawing record crowds and featuring more than 24,000 items from over 200 local consignors.

“Little Lambs is the perfect opportunity for parents, grandparents and friends to find deals on gently used clothing, toys, Halloween costumes, strollers, furniture and more,” Little Lambs committee member Janine McGee said. “While shoppers find amazing buys, a portion of the proceeds also help the FUMCT ministries with resources that benefit children of the church and our community. I personally love that I can buy most of what my child needs for half the year, and buy a size up in case he hits an unexpected growth spurt.”

Doors will open Thursday, March 5, at 6 p.m. for a public early-bird sale, which offers shoppers first access to merchandise.

Admission is $5 and strollers are not permitted that evening.

The sale continues Friday, March 6, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with free admission.

Most items will be offered at half price on Saturday, March 7, from 9 a.m. to noon.

Volunteer slots remain available and volunteers may shop prior to the preview sale.

The Little Lambs sale began in 2002 and is a ministry of First United Methodist Church Tuscaloosa.
