Little Lambs Consignment Sale Set For March 2-4
Proceeds benefit First United Methodist Church's children's ministries, mission projects and a community grant.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Organizers have announced the Little Lambs Consignment Sale will be held Mar. 2-4, with First United Methodist Church offering gently used infant and children’s spring/summer clothing and shoes, nursery items, toys, books and accessories.

Julie Salter, co-chair of the Little Lambs committee, said the consignment sale is a great opportunity for parents, grandparents and friends to find deals on a wide range of items.

“While shoppers find amazing buys, a portion of the proceeds also help the FUMCT ministries with resources that benefit children of the church and our community,” she said.
Doors for the event open to the public on Thursday, March 2 at 6 p.m. for a preview sale, which offers shoppers a first chance at the items before the general public.

The Little Lambs sale first began in 2002 and is a ministry of the First United Methodist Church Tuscaloosa. Proceeds benefit children’s ministries, mission projects and a community grant.
Admission will be $5 admission for the preview sale and no strollers are allowed that night.
Then, on Friday, March 3, the sale will be open to the public with free admission from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. On Saturday, March 4, the sale will include most items at half price from 9 a.m. to noon.
Organizers say volunteer slots are still available and volunteers are able to shop prior to the public sale.
First United Methodist Church is located at 800 Greensboro Avenue in Tuscaloosa.
