'Live At The Plaza' Concert Series Kicks Off Friday

It's officially summertime in Tuscaloosa and the city's Live at the Plaza concert series is set to return on Friday, June 2.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — It's officially summertime in Tuscaloosa and the city's Live at the Plaza concert series is set to return on Friday, June 2.

The annual downtown concert series will be held every Friday in June and July from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.

This year's concert series is made possible by Coca-Cola and Avenue Pub + The Wine Market.

Tyler Sellers & The Wreckers and Plato Jones will headline the first Live at the Plaza for this summer.

The Live at the Plaza will feature regional bands in Government Plaza, with free parking available in the adjacent parking deck on 23rd Avenue between 6th Street and 7th Street.

Each show is free and open to the public.

  • Jun 16: AJ and The Midnight Soulz, John Bull Trio with Peggy Walker
  • June 23: Adam Hood, TBS
  • June 30: CashBack, Cotton Mouth Creek
  • July 7: The Locked Band, Tranquility
  • July 14: Stone Harbor, Mach Ten
  • July 21: Jackson Chase, Lock 9 Band
  • July 28: Hannaward Pass, Zach Guffrey Trio
