No Injuries In Monday Structure Fire On 24th Street In Tuscaloosa

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Tuscaloosa Fire Rescue Service responded Monday afternoon to a structure fire that saw smoke visible from downtown Tuscaloosa.

TFR Public Information Officer Holly Whigham told Patch that the call initially came in shortly after 3:30 p.m. at 2664 24th Street.

Whigham said there were no injuries reported and the fire was quickly contained.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
