BCGWA said plans for the facility also lay the groundwork for future additions, including a dedicated STEM lab, expanded learning environments and improved spaces focused on creativity, leadership and healthy lifestyles.

BCGWA President and CEO Kim Turner said the project reflects both a commitment to honoring the site’s legacy and a vision for its future.

“The Jaycee Park Clubhouse has meant so much to generations of young people in our community, and this renovation and modernization is about honoring that legacy while building something even stronger for the future,” Turner said. “This space is where kids feel safe, where they are surrounded by people who believe in them, and where they begin to dream about who they can become.”

Turner added that while the first phase represents a significant step forward, the broader effort depends on continued community support as additional phases move ahead.

Community members are invited to attend the ribbon cutting and tour the updated facility as the organization looks ahead to future phases of the project.
