NORTHPORT, AL — A Thanksgiving tradition is returning as Northport Fire Rescue and Publix will host the 10th annual Turkey Frying Gone Wrong Demonstration.

The family-friendly event will be held Saturday, Nov. 19 at 10 a.m. and will provide the public the chance to see first hand what happens when not following proper cooking instructions for frying a turkey.

The demonstration will be held at Publix at Bristol Park, which is located at 13556 Highway 69 North.
