Northport To Host Job Fair Next Week For Public Works, Utilities

NORTHPORT, AL — The City of Northport is set to host a job fair for its Public Works and Utilities department on Wednesday, Nov. 9.

The job fair will be held in Northport City Hall from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., with members of the city's Human Resources Department present to help candidates complete applications.

As part of the event, job interviews will be conducted on-site.

The City of Northport pointed out that some jobs may require experience along with the possibility Commercial Driver License (CDL).

The jobs will, however, require a high school diploma or GED, in addition to a valid driver's license is required.
