Contentious Development Fails P&Z

Builder’s Group Development LLC saw a request fail for a conditional use approval of a "performance residential development" consisting of 5.42 acres south of Clearlake Street and west of Resource Lane.

The residential development was met with substantial pushback from residents of the area, who showed out in force Tuesday night to express their opposition to the proposed subdivision.

The development narrowly failed approval from the advisory board, but could still be considered by the full City Council with an unfavorable recommendation from P&Z.
