“Life is tough, and everyone needs a legal crash out these days,” Campbell said. “You can do it here at Crimson Rage and let it all out.”

Customers who book a session are provided with personal protective equipment, with the only requirement being closed-toe shoes.

Customers will also be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the nature of the activity before participating.

Campbell said each session lasts 30 minutes and includes a selection of glass or ceramic items to break. Participants can throw objects against walls or use provided tools to shatter them.

Each room is also equipped with customizable LED lighting and a speaker system that allows customers to play their own music, creating an even more personalized experience for those wanting to get into the proper mood.

Those looking to escalate the destruction can also purchase items such as televisions, printers, mirrors and sheets of glass.

Campbell said the facility can accommodate individuals or groups, with up to four people allowed per room.

Larger parties of up to 12 can reserve the entire facility, which includes three separate rooms.

Crimson Rage is also leaning into the busy spring calendar in Tuscaloosa County, offering a special promotion during A-Day Game weekend.

Campbell said sessions will be available for $20 per person during the event.

Along with the rage room experience, the business offers drinks and snacks for purchase.

“It’s an experience for you to channel your emotions into the objects and shatter them,” he said.
