One Injured In 11th Street House Fire Friday Morning
Tuscaloosa Fire Rescue responded early Friday morning to a call of a house fire on 11th Street that saw one person hospitalized.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — One person was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries early Friday morning following a house fire on 11th Street.

Tuscaloosa Fire Rescue says the call of the fire was received at approximately 1:19 a.m. and, once on scene, observed intense flames coming from the front of the house.

TFR told local media that one resident was home at the time of the fire and was able to get out before being transported to DCH Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The cause of the fire is unknown and remains under investigation.
