One Person Killed In Tuscaloosa Crash Wednesday Afternoon
A 47-year-old male was transported to DCH Regional Medical Center and died from his injuries a short time later.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa Police Department says a man was killed Wednesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Jack Warner Parkway Northeast and 25th Avenue East.

Captain Kip Hart told local media that at approximately 4:40 p.m. Wednesday, TPD officers responded to the initial call of the wreck.

Hart said a 47-year-old man was transported to DCH Regional Medical Center and pronounced dead a short time later. He said the victim's identity would not be released at this time.
Hart went on to say that TPD's Traffic Homicide Unit responded and is conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the wreck.
