No Injuries After Overturned 18-Wheeler Closes Stretch Of Highway 69 N

NORTHPORT, AL — The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency says an overturned 18-wheeler has a stretch of Highway 69 North closed in both lanes as crews clear lumber from the road.

Carroll's Creek Volunteer Fire Department also shared photos from the scene and said there were no injuries in the single-vehicle crash.

ALEA says traffic is being diverted at Tierce Patton Road.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation and ALEA said it will provides updates as they develop.
