PARA's Grapes On The Green To Spotlight Tuscaloosa Restaurants
PARA will bring together local restaurants, wine and live entertainment next week for its annual Grapes on the Green event.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa County Park & Recreation Authority (PARA) will bring together local restaurants, wine and live entertainment next week for its annual Grapes on the Green event.

The event is set for Tuesday, Sept. 22, from 5 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at Iron & Ember at the Ol' Colony Golf Complex.

Grapes on the Green was named the Alabama Recreation and Parks Association's 2024 Innovative Special Event of the Year.
The event gives attendees the opportunity to sample food from Tuscaloosa-area restaurants, with culinary offerings paired with selected wines.

The evening will also feature live music, golf simulators and a silent auction.
Grapes on the Green is held in conjunction with Tuscaloosa Restaurant Week and is billed by PARA as a culinary experience highlighting local restaurants and their chefs.
Tickets are sold for $250 per order, which includes admission for two people.
Eight restaurants are scheduled to participate this year:
- River
- Southern Ale House
- Billy's Sports Grill
- Jalapeños Downtown
- The Sanctuary on 25th
- TuscNY
- Urban Bar & Kitchen
- Lost Pizza Co.
