Investigators believe the driver was heading east and apparently lost control of the 1999 Buick
Century, before driving onto the sidewalk and striking the woman between Marrs Spring Road and Hackberry Lane.

TPD said the car then crossed the median and came to stop in the westbound lanes of Jack Warner Parkway.
