TUSCALOOSA, AL — Multiple arrests were made during an undercover prostitution sting conducted last weekend at a Tuscaloosa hotel.

The operation, carried out Friday and Saturday by the West Alabama INTERCEPT Task Force, targeted individuals seeking to purchase sex.

Task force commander Captain Phil Simpson said those arrested included:

  • Robert Lee — Soliciting prostitution
  • Jamie Williams — Soliciting prostitution
  • Eric Jones — Soliciting prostitution
  • Barclavian Flowers — Soliciting prostitution and certain persons forbidden
  • Christopher Paul — Soliciting prostitution
  • Brian Cottingham — Soliciting prostitution

Authorities noted that Williams had previously been charged in connection with the earlier trafficking investigation.

Investigators said he had a documented history of traveling to Tuscaloosa to purchase sex from commercial sex workers.
