Stillman Women's Basketball Grabs First-Ever Win Over Top 10 Program
The Lady Tigers pulled off a major early season upset Saturday, defeating No. 6 Southeastern University, 71-69.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Stillman College women's basketball (3-0) pulled off a major early season upset Saturday, defeating No. 6 Southeastern University, 71-69, in the SSAC/Sun Challenge.

Stillman College Athletics said the win marks the program's first known victory over a Top 10 nationally ranked team and the school's second over a Top 25 team in the last 15 games.

The win was made possible in part by Jamesha King, who led Stillman with 15 points, four blocks and four offensive rebounds.
Stillman College will continue on the road Monday night in Laurel, Mississippi against Southeastern Baptist.
