Temporary Emergency Services Holding Space Heater Donation Drive Wednesday

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Temporary Emergency Services of West Alabama will host a Heater Drive on Wednesday to collect heaters from community members to then distribute to those in need.

The donation event will be held from from 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. at 1705 15th Street in Tuscaloosa, with residents encouraged to donate new or gently used space heaters.

Heaters collected during the drive will be distributed by appointment beginning Friday, Jan. 30, based on availability.

Appointments can be scheduled by calling (205) 758-5535 between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. from Monday, Jan. 26, through Thursday, Jan. 29.
