Tide's Jalen Milroe Earns SEC Co-Offensive Player Of The Week

The honor is the second of the season for Milroe and the 10th overall for the program this year.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Crimson Tide sophomore quarterback Jalen Milroe on Monday was named Southeastern Conference Co-Offensive Player of the Week for his four-touchdown performance in the Crimson Tide's 42-28 win over LSU.

The honor is the second of the season for Milroe and the 10th overall for the program this year.

In the win, the native of Katy, Texas compiled 374 yards of total offense, with 155 rushing yards and four touchdowns on the ground to set the program's single-game touchdown record for a quarterback.

Through the air, Milroe went 15-for-23 for 219 yards.

The Crimson Tide will be on the road this week as Alabama travels to Lexington to take on the Kentucky Wildcats. Kickoff is set for 11 a.m.
